Weekly CashBack is calculated on your valid bets for the week. Your total is multiplied by the rate for your VIP level, and the result is limited by a weekly cap. Claim time is every Friday at 17:00.

For example, a VIP2 player with ₱5,000 in valid bets over the week receives 0.70%, which is ₱35. That is below the ₱50 weekly cap, so the full ₱35 applies. Full terms are on the Weekly CashBack page.
Loss Return: A Share of One Day's Net Loss
Loss Return works from a different base. It is calculated on the day's net loss, meaning your cash bets minus your cash payouts, and pays back a VIP-based percentage of it, up to a cap. Claim time is daily at 05:00.

A net-loss example
Take a VIP3 player whose cash bets for the day exceed their cash payouts by ₱200. That ₱200 is the net loss. At 16%, Loss Return comes to ₱32, which is under the ₱50 cap.
Notice what the example also shows: ₱32 back on a ₱200 net loss still leaves ₱168 of that loss in place. Loss Return softens a loss; it never cancels one. Additional conditions may apply and are shown on the Loss Return page.
Friday 17:00 or Daily 05:00: How the Claim Times Differ
The two promotions sit on different rhythms, and it helps to know which is which.
- Weekly CashBack is claimable once a week, every Friday at 17:00, and reflects a full week of valid bets.
- Loss Return is claimable every day at 05:00 and reflects a single day's net loss.
- Daily CashBack, the third member of the family, shares the 05:00 claim time but is based on valid bets.
Whichever you are claiming, the steps are the same. Ready rewards appear on the Rewards page, in Task Center and under the To Claim tab of Rewards Record. Once claimed, they go to My Rewards, where promotional money becomes withdrawable after its turnover is complete. Required turnover is always the reward amount times the promotion's multiplier, counted in valid bets.
How VIP Level Shapes the BingoPlus Cashback Promo
VIP levels on BingoPlus run from VIP1 to VIP9, and every cashback-style promotion reads from the same level. Moving up changes two things at once: the rate and the cap.
For Weekly CashBack, the rate climbs from 0.60% at VIP1 to 1.40% at VIP9, and the weekly cap from ₱30 to ₱50,000. For Loss Return, the rate climbs from 15% to 25%, and the cap from ₱10 to ₱5,000.
The Membership page shows each level's upgrade requirements, in deposits and valid bets, together with your own progress. It is the one place to check where you stand.
A higher level is a result of play, not a reason for it. If you notice yourself depositing or betting more mainly to reach the next level, that is a good moment to pause.
Cashback Is Not a Way to Win Back Losses
Slot results are random, and every cashback-style reward on our platform returns only part of what you put in. Loss Return at its highest rate gives back 25% of a day's net loss, up to a cap, so at least three-quarters of any loss stays lost.
